As the love child of a traditional beurre noisette and a wild thyme flower foraged from the forests of the Pacific Northwest, Natasha Gaskill was born to bake. In the last two decades, her ever-evolving culinary curiosity became a professional occupation in Savannah, where she learned expert technique under the tutelage of Chef Jean Vendeville and internationally-renowned cake artist Minette Rushing. She launched A Squad Bake Shop in 2013, earning a cult following for her interesting flavor profiles, hyperlocal ingredients and mouth-watering social media posts. Natasha’s bona fides include leading positions at Ardsley Station, The Grey, HUSK, and Lulu’s.
